How does pre-order work?
All 2612 Studios pieces are produced on a pre-order basis. Your item is made specifically for you once your order is placed. This allows us to maintain intentional production, eliminate waste, and ensure every garment meets our standards.
When will my order ship?
Each piece is made to order. Production typically takes 4–6 weeks from the close of the pre-order window. You'll receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Can I change or cancel my pre-order?
Because production begins immediately after the pre-order period closes, we cannot accept changes or cancellations once your order is placed. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Select pieces are limited edition and will not restock. Core styles may return in future capsules — follow us on Instagram or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
SIZING & FIT
Are your pieces true to size?
Most pieces fit true to size unless stated otherwise. Each product page includes a detailed size guide for reference.
How can I find my size?
Check the measurements listed on each product page. For a relaxed or oversized look, consider sizing up.
Do you offer custom sizing?
Not at this time. Our garments are produced in limited runs to ensure precision and consistency.
SHIPPING
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship directly from our studio in Ireland once production is complete.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide — rates and delivery times vary by region.
How long does delivery take?
After production is finished, domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days.
International orders may take 7-21 business days depending on customs clearance.
Do you cover customs fees or import taxes?
International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by their country.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for updates to appear.
